“The suit doesn’t start with a tape measure — it starts with a conversation. I’m not just getting the man’s measurements; I’m getting the measure of the man.” — Jonathan P Farley

Tailor Made Shirts

We make shirts
in one size — yours.

Handmade in luxurious 2-ply Pima cotton — soft, breathable, and built to outlast anything off the rack. Every detail is to your exact specifications: collar shape, cuff style, buttons, monogram and fit.

Once your measurements are taken and your design choices are made, we save that as your unique pattern. The shirt we deliver is unique to you and exactly as specified.

“They cost less than my designer shirts, fit better and last longer.”

Tailored Suits

You never get a second
chance to make a
first impression.

Over 3,000 cloth options from finest Italian merino wool, British tweed, fine cotton, and blends of silk and cashmere. We start by getting to know you — your personality, your occasion, your budget — then we build outward from there.

A memento worked into the lining, buttons from a grandfather’s coat, a pocket made from your mother’s handkerchief, or a lapel style that matches the one your father wore. These are not gimmicks. They are the difference between a suit you own and a suit that has meaning.

“I thought the claim to make the perfect suit was unrealistic. I have to hand it to you — it’s absolutely brilliant.” — Simon Cooper

Wedding Suits

On the day that
matters most.

A tailored wedding suit means you look and feel perfect on your big day — not “I’ll do” — but “This is the very best version of me”: a suit made for your shape, your style and your day. We can also dress your best man and groomsmen to complement without competing.

“Thank you so much for my wedding suit. I received so many compliments throughout the day and it looks terrific in the pictures.” — Peter Giles

The Tailor

Jonathan P Farley

I became a shirtmaker in 2014 and a tailor in 2019. In the years since, I’ve worked with clients across Scotland, the UK and internationally — from boardrooms and weddings to casual wardrobes built to last a lifetime.

I am based in Stirling, and also have a studio in London. While suits require a personal appointment, many of my longest-standing shirt clients have been measured and fitted via WhatsApp video.

Away from the tailoring, I create content for over a million followers on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube — teaching men how to dress well, carry themselves with confidence, and understand why fit matters more than any label ever will.

Three ways to
get measured.

For Shirts

In-person appointments are available at the studio in Stirling (FK7 8HZ) and in London. If you’re elsewhere in the UK, the process works equally well by WhatsApp video. You need a helper, a tape measure and twenty minutes.

For Suits

Suits require an in-person appointment for both the measuring and fittings, so these will be in Stirling or London. However, the initial consultation can be done via WhatsApp video call — we can go over your specific needs, lead time and budget, then arrange to meet in person if it all sounds right.

1 Get in touch by email or WhatsApp to discuss your requirements
2 We agree a time for a brief introductory call
3 The shirt measurement call takes about 20 minutes — you’ll need a helper and a tape measure at your end
4 Your shirt is made and delivered to your door in about three weeks
